Bluesky PIE is a grass roots organisation which looks to provide a positive outlet for young people in their communities.
We achieve this by organizing and promoting gigs which is a stage for the creative talent of the people that live and work in our communities. We also mentor an army of volunteers to work with us on every aspect of the music industry.
We have a solid reputation for producing unique events and gigs which always promise a few
surprises. We deftly mix cutting edge and diverse art forms with many of the more traditional ones giving audiences that ‘never seen before’ experience.
We are currently staging Battle of the Bands 2012 with a prize that includes gigs, studio time, a gig for BBC 6Music and other prizes to be announced.
We are also organizing a nation wide competition in association with Last Night a DJ Saved My Life Foundation, called 'House the House' to find the best unsigned DJ in the UK for the House of Parliament. The winning DJ will perform a historic set at the Houses of Parliament with a big name DJ. Check out the project by clicking here.
We also run a non for profit record label 'Bluesky Records' as well as a non for profit music publishing company 'Bluesky Publishing' which promotes intellectual copy rights.

We are staging a free one day seminar on March 7 Please attend if you are interested in learning how to put on your own gigs. We will be covering venues, promotion, liaising with bands, getting started and pitfalls. Click here for details.
